This Cookie Policy explains how cr0bar Limited (“EEPSKI!”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Service. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, “PECR”) and the ePrivacy rules that apply in the EU require us to tell you about cookies and, except for those that are strictly necessary, to obtain consent before we set them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use related technologies such as local storage and session tokens that work in a similar way. Some cookies last only while your browser is open (session cookies); others remain until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).
2. Cookies we use today
EEPSKI! currently uses strictly necessary cookies only. These are required to provide a service you have asked for, or to keep the Service secure, so they do not require PECR consent.

We do not currently set advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell data to ad networks.
3. If we add optional cookies later
If we introduce analytics, personalisation or advertising cookies, we will:
- update this policy with the name, purpose, provider and lifetime of each cookie;
- ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies (except where PECR provides an exemption);
- let you change your mind as easily as you gave consent.
Until that happens, visiting EEPSKI! does not require a cookie banner for optional tracking because we are not setting those cookies.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies the Service may not work — for example you may be unable to sign in. Browser help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge explain how to do this. On most browsers you can also use global privacy controls; we will honour legally required signals where they apply to cookies we control.
5. Similar technologies
Signed-in features may store small amounts of data in local storage (for example a draft you have not posted yet). That storage is used to run the feature you asked for and is not used for advertising.
